HSGM Industrial cutter
with extraction system

The HSGM Industrial cutter with extraction system is a professional cutting device with a
specially designed extraction system (Photo 1 & 2). With this industrial device you can easily
cut through “woven” or “non-woven” synthetic material such as: rope, cable, cords, belts,
Polypropylene, Thermoplastic Polymer, Dyneema, GeoTextile, Nylon, sail, tarpaulin, nets,
awning cloth, felt, filter fabrics, textile fabrics and many other types of synthetic fabrics.
During this cutting process, the cutting edges are immediately sealed to prevent fraying.
This system includes a “specially developed suction-device” (Photo 1, 2, 7), the nozzle which
is positioned directly at the blade, extracts the harmful gases very effectively.
This suction-device is directly connected to “the vacuum pump” by means of an extraction
hose (Photo 1, 2, 3), which thus disposes the harmful gases. As soon as the switch of the cutter is
pressed, both the blade is heated and the extraction system is activated. Furthermore, depending
on your specific wishes, you have the option to choose from “3 different types of industrial cutters”
(Photo 5 & 6), namely the “HSG-1-VW cutter (160 Watt)”, the “HSG-03-VW cutter (250 Watt)”or
the “HSG-3-VW cutter (500 Watt)”. The “vacuum pump ASP” has 3 suction ports which offers you
the possibility to connect up to 3 industrial cutters to this vacuum pump. The length of the suction
hose from the “handle/cutter” to the vacuum pump is maximum 5 meter.
