Polystyrene cutting table
HSGM – XL – 500 Watt

The HSGM – XL – 500 cutting table Watt is a professional cutting table specially designed for
cutting large boards of Polystyrene foam also called, EPS, XPS, Tempex, ISOMO, Blue Board,
Styropor, Styrofoam and Rigid foam by means of a heated cutting wire.

The size of the cutting tables support frame is:
Length/Height: 200 cm (78.74″) x Width: max. 120 cm (47.24″)
(cutting height: max. 20 cm (7.87″) – adjustable)
The cutting table is positioned at an angle and has a degree of 45°.

The polystyrene boards or blocks to be cut, can be placed at the top of the cutting table at
the support frame (above the cutting wire), and will lower down by their own weight through
the heated cutting wire. This ensures that the material is cut to the correct thickness.
(the cutting height of the cutting wire can be adjusted from 0 to 20 cm = 7.87″)

The HSGM – XL -500 Watt table is an industrial cutting table specially developed for Roofing
companies also called Roof construction companies or Roofers, who build, repair, maintain
or restore large roofs and must process large volumes of polystyrene material.

But also for the Construction Industry such as e.g. Concrete factories, Concrete processors,
Insulation industry, Packaging Industry, the Film industry, Set builders and for many other
