Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving an explanation. After cancelation you have got 14 days to return your product.
The full order amount including shipping will be credited.
Only the costs for the return from your house to the shop are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories in original condition and packaging will be returned to the trader.

The consumer must prove that the goods are returned in time, for example, through a proof of shipment. To exercise this right, please contact us at: info@cwtnl.com

We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after registration of your return provided that we have received the product in good order.
If the customer has not expressed the wish to make use of his right of withdrawal after this 14 days, resp. the product has not returned to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.

Returns exceptions

• a. Products where the seal has been broken are not returnable.
• b. Products that have been created by the trader in accordance with specifications of the consumer (Custom Made products) are not returnable.
• c. Products that are clearly personal in nature are not returnable.
• d. Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, are not returnable.
• e. Products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the trader has no influence, are not returnable.
• f. Products that have been used are not returnable.
