HSGM Air-Cooled blade Holder
Cooling Option – K

Specially designed for the following heat cutting machines: HSG-1-VW, HSG-03-VW, and HSG-3-VW.

The HSG-1-VW, HSG-03-VW, and HSG-3-VW cutting devices can be optionally equipped with
an air-cooled blade-holder. Cool air is directed to the blade-holder via an air hose integrated
into the power cable. This effectively cools both the cutting blade connections and the internal
power cord.

Thanks to this active cooling, heavier and more powerful cutting blades can be used for longer
periods without the blade-holder becoming thermally overloaded.
This increases operational reliability and enables long-term use under heavy loads.

On the back of the unit, there is a connection for the compressor and a control knob that allows
you to easily adjust the cooling capacity. Turning the knob counterclockwise increases the airflow
and, consequently, the cooling effect. Turning it clockwise reduces the cooling capacity.

For the cooling function, the cutter must be connected to a compressor (not included).

Designed for production work, large projects, and specific industrial applications.
As an additional option, we can also supply the cutter with a longer cable, up to a maximum of 10 meters.
