HSGM STYROCUT – 900 Watt

The HSGM STYROCUT – 900 Watt is a professional cutter specially designed to cut
large boards & blocks made of Polystyrene Foam also known as: Styrofoam,
Tempex, EPS, XPS, ISOMO, Blue Board, Rigid Foam and other comparable
insulating materials by using a heated cutting wire.

This powerful Industrial, stable and user-friendly cutter is very suitable for cutting,
separating, processing and modelling Polystyrene material in single- or serial production.

The transformer housing (see photo: 2) is made of plastic-coated sheet steel with a
sturdy carrying handle. With this portable cutter you easily cut through material
with a maximum length of 150 cm (59.06 inch).

You can use this cutter in “two ways”, namely with the Bracket with cutting wire, where
you can choose from 5 various sizes of cutting brackets with the following dimensions
(see photo 3).

You can cut the Ø 1.6 mm wire to the correct length with
pliers and then bend it into your “desired shape” and cut
out any shape as desired.

Furthermore, it is also possible to design Customized Cutting Brackets
to your specific wishes & dimensions (Custom-Made).
