The HSGM HSG-G2S-50/80/100-E Rope & Belt Cutting Machine is “Custom-Made”, according to
the specific preferences of the customer. With this professional thermal cutting machine it is
possible to automatically “cut” synthetic material, such as: ropes, belts and straps to length.
An electrically heated blade cuts and seals the material in an “one-phase operation” by heating
and thus prevents fraying of the cutting edges. The “total number of pieces” can be programmed,
the machine stops automatically when the total number is reached. With a separate indication of the
“pieces to be cut”, “total cut pieces” and “already cut pieces” which are then digitally displayed.
For heat cutting we will use our proven cutting system “with two blades towards each other”
without base.
