HSGM HSG-G2S (800 Watt)

The HSGM HSG-G2S Rope & Belt Cutting Machine is “Custom-Made”, according to the
specific preferences of the customer. With this industrial thermal cutting machine it is
possible to automatically cut & seal synthetic material, such as: ropes, belts and straps
“to length”, “perforate” and “print with text”. An electrically heated blade cuts and
seals the material in an “one-phase operation” by heating and thus prevents fraying of
the cutted edges.

We manufacture the following cutting equipment for these applications:
– Hand and table cutting equipment with blade, for manual use
– Semi-automatic cutting equipment
– Fully-automatic cutting machines

Our devices and machines are constructed with a mechanical assembly technique (MAT)
and can therefore be designd in many ways combined to meet the “individual prefences
of our customers”.

AUTOMATIC FUNCTIONS:
– The material is pulled “from a roll” or “from a barrel”.
– The length is measured.
– The number of pieces are counted.
– The material is cut and/or perforated, printed.
– At the end of the production process, automatically turned off.

Depending on the type of material: fabric, ropes, belts or band, “3 different blade
arrangements” can be supplied:
– Cutting (perforating) on a cutting base (belts), HSG-G
– Two blades facing each other without a base (ropes, cords, belts, and straps), HSG-G2S
– Cutting in a “bed” and pressing (ropes), HSG-S
